Roger founded P+S in 1979 and has continued to lead its transformation ever since. Under his leadership, the business has grown from 2 people to more than 70, plus a network of freelance talent, and has won a global portfolio of clients such as Panasonic, National Grid, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Prysmian, UK Hydrographic Office and Rathbones. Passionate about the power of creativity to make positive change, Roger is also heavily involved in strengthening the links between the creative industries and education.
Ailsa leads our client services operations, taking charge of directing major global campaigns for a multinational portfolio of P+S clients. Technology is her specialism, and her knowledge plays a key role in building a foundation of trust with our clients. Her vision and direction combined with a history of project management help to keep the P+S team delivering campaigns which transform our clients’ businesses for the better.
Steve leads digital at P+S, including everything from concept creation and development to project delivery. With 30 years’ industry experience, including within R&D at Saatchi & Saatchi, Steve’s specialisms include multi-channel project management and development. His department’s strength lies in executing mammoth digital projects for P+S clients, including some world-firsts – like the first ever headless Drupal 8 website for Panasonic.
Kevin is our strategy lead at P+S, where he works with clients to plan and position their campaigns with particular expertise in response marketing. He’s regularly invited to speak for the Institute of Direct Marketing and the Direct Marketing Association, and harbours a wealth of knowledge from the financial services, manufacturing, engineering and IT industries.
P+S’ presence in the Middle East has been extensively built by Mark. An expert in developing, building and maintaining positive client relationships in every sector, his career has been incredibly varied. His passion lies in helping clients grow their businesses through delivering purposeful creativity with tangible results.
Mike’s previous background was in direct marketing, which, in his words, ‘relies on great copy working in perfect harmony with strong design’. And so his natural career migration was towards digital content creation – in particular film, motion graphics and animation. Mike currently leads P+S creative, using his 30 years’ industry experience to direct and deliver ground-breaking campaigns for our clients.
