OTR: the mental health social movement for young people
Today’s young people are amazing. They’re challengers. They’re fearless. And they’re powerful. But not all of them know it just yet.
So we need your help to give young people the opportunity to gain the tools and support needed to shape their own future – and ours.
This year, in place of our annual Christmas card, we’ve created a film about the incredible work of local charity, Off The Record (OTR) – a mental health social movement by and for young people aged 11-25 in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Their mission? To break the stigma around mental health and provide support through workshops, 1:1 therapy, wellness sessions, education and more to young people who need it.
And, if you can spare a fiver or even more this Christmas, we suggest watching the video until the end to see just how your money could make a big difference.
Because as the next generation of trailblazers, pioneers, and leaders, they deserve it.
