Proctor + Stevenson have been nominated for the B2B Integrated Marketing Campaign of the Year in the Dum Marketing Awards for 2018.
The Drum Marketing Awards are one of the industry's most sought-after accolades. The awards celebrate the best marketers and campaigns internationally as entries are once again open up globally for 2018.
Each category is open to advertising agencies, in-house marketing teams, design consultancies, digital agencies, PR companies, integrated agencies and any company that has carried out marketing over the eligibility period.
With the help of Proctor + Stevenson, Toughbook found that elusive new territory to own, moving beyond the traditional approach of a technical sell, concentrating on ‘speeds and feeds’.
Instead, we devised a campaign that tugged on the heartstrings of prospective customers and users, digging right down to the fundamental ‘why’ of the brand, and matching the specialist capabilities of the machines with the very specific skills and motivations of the people using them.
Integrating digital advertising, email, web content, press advertising and an editorial campaign, along with the latest marketing automation and analytical software from Eloqua and some cutting-edge A/B testing, the ‘Specialist in You’ campaign was born.
Focusing on five key sectors in which Toughbook could flourish, and producing work that was translated into multiple languages, we were able to make the brand famous and achieve some quite startling results – more than £4 million in qualified sales leads, in fact!
The Drum Marketing Awards will take place in London on Wednesday 30 May and Proctors will be hoping to bring home the trophy.
