With a gap in the agency for our employees to get together informally to unleash their inventive spirit in a creative space, Head of Copy and Creative Director, Phil Robinson quickly decided to make this idea a reality. And just like that...'Proctors Labs' was born.
So, what is Proctors Labs?
Phil Robinson says;
“The premise is simple – every month we want to create an incubator for ideas, innovation and invention. We want to broaden our horizons by giving our brain cells a proper workout, which will hopefully get us ahead of the game in technologies, systems, trends and developments. We want to use this opportunity to improve here at proctors and be in the position to consistently take new ideas to our clients."
Dan Hardaker, Head of Digital Design added;
“With the launch of Proctors Labs this year, we want to encourage everyone in the company to join in on this epic endeavour and ultimately give them the floor to explore and share their ideas, no matter what it might be. It’s not just something for the tech team. Or the studio. Whether you’re in design, development, finance, video, marketing or social media, this is a chance for everyone to get involved and explore the outer limits of what’s possible.”
