How Will Changing Media Consumption Habits Affect Design?

As the father of four teenage children, I've had many opportunities to observe the somewhat curious - to a man of my generation anyway - media consumption habits of the millennial generation first hand.

Whether we like it or not, even 'digital immigrants' such as myself have to get on board with the idea that 'digital natives' not only enjoy multi-screening, they increasingly expect it to be part of the experience offered by their favourite brands.
