Is Bristol better by bike? Proctors thinks so…

Bristol is the UK’s first Cycle City, and aims to double the number of Bristolians cycling by 2011. The Cycle City initiative aims to create a cycling culture, encouraging participation through better infrastructure, training and promotion.

Proctor & Stevenson was awarded logo development and website design and build projects for Bristol’s Cycle City initiative back in spring, and is pleased to announce that the website will soon go live.

As well as encouraging Bristol to get on its collective bike, the website will deliver information about infrastructure that links people and where they live to work, school, shopping and leisure activities. It also promotes initiatives to foster new, more confident cycling skills.
