Southampton Solent University is the new incarnation of Southampton Institute – an ambitious institution that has recently attained university status.

Solent was – and continues to be – an institution committed to linking student learning, applied research and service to business and the community. It’s learning for life, and preparation for the world of work – a strength reflected in high graduate employment rates.

With a new name and status came a fantastic opportunity to rebrand and boost student numbers. From initial identity through brand development and ongoing student marketing, Proctors has really pushed the boundaries for this up-and-coming institution. We have helped it define points of difference, express them unmissably, then make the most of a bright, appealing new brand.
