Picture Financial was a major secured loan provider. It offered secured loans between £5,000 to £100,000, centred around a proposition of making life easier for organised, financially astute homeowners – it’s the sensible choice to make your money work with your lifestyle.

The challenge was to take customers out of the market as quickly as possible and remove the friction from the application process – whilst retaining the sensible and strong values of the brand proposition.

To win, you need to quickly attract and capture prospects in the market at any time and process their applications efficiently, with a consistently reassuring level of service. From the first click on a banner, our systems tracked and managed the customer through the entire process.

We monitored and reported on the volume, quality and value of leads from all media sources in real time. And every modification to the website was carefully calculated to drive visitors to the essential calls to action – apply online, phone or ask for a call back.

In the back-end, applications were entered into a call centre queue, which tracked the progress of consultations and the value of the application. Each application was then picked up by a consultant who spoke to the customer on the phone. That consultant became a personal point of contact, appearing throughout the brochure and letters you received.

To achieve this level of co-ordination, our systems managed and tracked all interactions and data from first contact through to fulfilment. All the print was generated to order, with no inventory held.  Creative templates were built with variable image and text fields to generate any possible permutation.

Once created, the application processing and print fulfilment process worked automatically. Even changes to the APR could be entered into the system and applied to the website and printed material instantly, so any friction in the application process was removed.

Up to 220 print variables enabled tailored brochure-style agreements personalised for you and your consultant. Pre-populated forms made signing and sending easy. Same-day generation, print despatch and tracking were all automated through our system.
