Continuing our existing relationship with Canon, we were commissioned to produce product communications for all of their digital cameras. The approach we took combined literature, web and CD ROM solutions.
Literature was used at the point of purchase, CD ROM for training, and web for both of these as well as for updating information. The aim of the CDs and accompanying literature was to educate the sales force on new features and technologies prior to the product going on sale in store.
This was achieved through effective use of QTVR (Quick Time Virtual Reality) photography, highlighting elements through smooth sequences. Clean design was reinforced through the practical use of multimedia. The CD included a choice of 6 languages and is was distributed across Europe.
