Infographic: Reducing options increases conversions

Don't you just hate it when you're on a website and there are a million pages to click on? Or when you're trying to call someone but you first need to press 1 for sales, 2 for support, 3 for marketing, 4 for complaints... and then there's another list once you go through!

I recently came across this infographic by QuickSprout which made quite a lot of sense. Reducing options means people won't get annoyed, lost or confused about what to do, and will just buy, buy, buy!

What are your thoughts on this?
