Panasonic were looking to generate a series of product shots for their latest Toughbook® model, the CF-53. These shots were to be location and industry specific, which set us many more logistical challenges than a traditional studio shoot. In fact the project was as much about planning, casting and propping, as it was about pure photography.

The Proctors response
Having provided Panasonic with a good selection of shots from our portfolio; demonstrating our experience in this kind of shoot, we went on to produce a series of on-location shots that showed the portability, performance, ergonomics, power, mobility and durability of the CF-53.

After the shoot, we were able to apply various graphic treatments and image retouching as required that showed the Toughbook® CF-53 functioning in various settings and environments – from the everyday, to the more extreme.

The result? A fresh, dynamic, and energetic series of product shots for the Toughbook® website and beyond.
