We delivered a multi-stage, integrated campaign. Three waves of direct mail and trackable, personalised 1-2-1 emails were sent to potential customers. Channel partners recieved the same. Different creative executions were employed in every case to maintain interest and reinforce messaging from different angles.

The results
Overall, open rates were strong. For customers, 25% opened their emails straight away, and of those just under half clicked through to the site. KC is over the moon with leads generated, and partner response is already looking strong.
ROI so far lies at an impressive 774%.
