Kcom Voice product sales pack


Kcom were looking for a range of sales and marketing materials for their Voice products range – a sales pack for the Communications sales teams visiting prospective clients, and a product-facing brochure for customers interested in Kcom’s Voice services.

The Proctors response
Our response to Kcom’s brief was four fold.

Firstly, we created a comprehensive Product sales pack, ‘Introducing Project Voice’. Designed for the Kcom sales representatives, it provided a great way to not only introduce the new Kcom brand, and the range of Voice solutions to the wider Kcom sales team, but also to rally everyone to come together to redefine customer service within the industry. Each sales pack included a suite of double-sided flyers and brochures explaining each Voice product in detail, and provided advice and tips on how to discuss and sell to potential customers.

Secondly, we created a client-facing product brochure, guiding customers through Kcom’s range of Inbound, Outbound, Fixed Line and Mobile Voice solutions. Each Sales pack included a USB memory stick holding an electronic copy of the brochure.

We also created an accompanying suite of emails to the brochure, highlighting the key benefits of each Voice product.

Finally we designed a suite of online animated banners highlighting how Kcom’s solutions can help businesses maximise efficiencies and boost productivity.
