The Proctors response
With a number of events to promote, Proctors created a number of multi-stage campaigns. Emails were supported by personalised DM invitations. Initial RSVP – or lack of – prompted subsequent stages on communication, including a dinner invitation and discounted admission to conferences. Reminder communications were sent just before each event, and postcards with details of the WRSL stand were produced for staff to hand out on the day.
