Kingston Communications was struggling to communicate just what a difference high quality server hosting can make to a small or medium-sized business. And make a difference it definitely can – by outsourcing hosting, customers can save time and money, while gaining peace of mind. Essentially, with the right hosting, you can concentrate on other important priorities, achieving more as an individual and an organisation.
 
The Proctors response
First things first, we took a long hard look at what hosting can actually do for KC's potential customers. Instead of thinking about accreditations, connection speeds and data centres, we thought about the kind of thing that pains your average IT manager: unreliable technology, constant firefighting, shrinking budgets and increasing demands, and the hassle of server monitoring and management.

Out of this research came a number of propositions, under the over-arching 'free your ambition' tagline. A comprehesive website was created with a suite of expandable banners to grab attention and drive traffic.
