This line, jointly arrived at during the course of our project, sums up succinctly what Challenge Consulting does in its role as a leading specialist in the delivery of organisational change.
Any initial concerns we might have had about providing a print solution to their requirements were allayed during our discussions. From the outset, our instinct told us that the answer to our brief was to create an undeniably high-quality ‘calling card’ in the form of a brochure.
The brochure needed to be a physical manifestation of what a relationship with Challenge Consulting would be. And it needed to reflect to the fullest extent, the sophistication and depth of the Challenge Consultancy experience, the quality and integrity of the individuals involved, and a true feel for the ‘personality’ of the organisation.
We were adamant from the very beginning that this brochure was not to be a conceptual exercise; but instead, would be built on concise, impactful words, and high-quality art-directed imagery supported by the highest possible production values.
This approach enabled us to show the scope of work Challenge undertakes, without delving too deeply into technicalities. The images form a striking backdrop, and give potential clients the opportunity to recognise people they have met, or will subsequently work with, but more importantly conveying the appropriate mood for ‘the organisation at work’.
