We have worked as a strategic partner with AXA Distribution Services on the Elevate Brand since its launch.
Following research, our first tasks were to create the proposition and engagement strategy. This was then visualised into a customer journey from awareness through on-boarding, into customer relationship management. This has become the blueprint for the communications platforms and collateral needed in the customer engagement process.
Once the customer journey was established, we worked on the communications architecture for the business, defining how the pillars of the proposition should be expressed, the tone of voice and the brand and visual identity. Finally, we worked on the detailed communications planning and the definition and expression of the corporate mission/values for the business.
We are pleased to say that, on the whole, our original strategic framework still forms the basis for the business's communications and marketing.
