Financial Controller/Company SecretaryThe commencement of Joy’s career with Proctor & Stevenson coincided with exciting times – the start of the new millennium, the agency’s 21st birthday and the boom of our digital business. Bringing with her significant expertise in the service industries, Joy plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of things here, running the accounting and administration departments with considerable skill.
Martin Baber
IT ManagerBath-born Martin makes technology less mysterious. Having spent 12 years in colour repro, photography and AV production – and another 10 in technical support within the design industry – he understands our very special requirements and keeps us up-to-date, researching, implementing and managing relevant technologies (when he’s not playing skittles badly).
Beckie Jones
SecretaryBeckie is our dedicated Secretary and PA – and a busy creative bee. Having graduated from Aberystwyth University in Fine Art and Art History in 2009, she’s also an events and exhibitions co-ordinator for The Institute of Arts and Social Engagement, and writes for an online and literary magazine. As if that wasn’t enough, she's due to start an internship at a Fine Art Gallery, and in the process of illustrating 4 children's books.
