An invaluable asset to our business, she offers a unique combination of creative thinking and outstanding project management skills. Her sector specialities include financial services and IT, although diverse experience means she’s never out of her depth.

    Matt has 12 years agency experience working with clients that span a wide range of sectors including IT, Oil & Gas, Legal, Financial Services, Retail and Public Sector. He has been responsible for planning, management and implementation of projects including brand strategy, positioning and integrated strategic communications campaigns across multiple channels.

    Account Director

    Having spent the past fifteen years in roles spanning the whole marketing spectrum, Ben brings a steady hand and plenty of bright ideas to the Proctors team. His diverse experience includes planning and executing complex, multi-strand campaigns for the likes of Zurich, Sky, the FA, RICOH and Canon. Ben manages large strategic projects – and substantial budgets – with ease. That said, he’s equally at home using his talents for the greater good – before joining the Proctors team, Ben worked with international mobility and development charity Motivation.

    Jo Deverill-Slade

    Account Manager

    With 17 years’ marketing and communications experience, Jo delivers projects on time and on budget. Ensuring the whole experience is as efficient and as smooth as possible, for both the client and agency, she supports both public and private sector clients with equal aplomb. Her current focuses include the South West RDA, Samsung and Cooper/Avon Tyres.

    Production Manager

    Natalie brings diverse experience of the design industry to the team, having worked in marketing, web and graphic design, as well as production. She has established strong partnerships with suppliers in the South West and takes a keen interest in sourcing all materials in the most economical and environmentally friendly way possible.

    Noni McLennan

    Account Executive

    Noni is a far-from-average Account Exec. She’s been with Proctors for nearly five years now, and knows our organisation inside out, having taken care of everything from front of house meeting and greeting to facilities and operations. She has a smile for everyone and superior organisational talents that see AXA, Resource Futures and Kcom receive seamless service every time. Noni also looks after in-house scheduling, making sure every project finds the perfect designer, writer or programmer.
